Return Policy

1. Stock envelopes can be returned within 30 days of purchase
2. You must call our office – 800-657-2474 – to obtain a return authorization number (RA#)
3. Envelopes must be in good resellable condition
4. Envelopes must be returned prepaid. Collect shipments will not be accepted.
5. After receipt and inspection of the envelopes you will be sent a check for payment within 1 week
6. The amount of payment you receive will be the original amount you paid, less the cost of the freight shipment to you, less a 20% restocking fee.

EXAMPLE: Original cost of the envelopes was $100, less the cost of freight $20, less a 20% restocking fee. Grand total for refund would be $64.
